All programs, courses, certifications, mentorship, events, retreats, creative initiatives, and materials provided by the Company are offered for educational and informational purposes only.
Participation does not guarantee income, employment, creative production, investment outcomes, sponsorship, referral payments, or professional advancement.
Company platforms are intended for adult, post-secondary, and professional participants. By using our platforms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Nothing on any Company platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or business advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Scholarships are merit-based, alignment-based, and discretionary. Acceptance into a program does not guarantee scholarship funding.
Participants may be guided in identifying potential sponsors or referral opportunities; however, the Company does not guarantee sponsorships, funding, referral payments, or third-party commitments.
All content on Company platforms — including text, video, curricula, frameworks, methodologies, creative concepts, logos, trademarks, and designs — is the intellectual property of Dream Livers Club Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Company platforms or participation in programs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Company platforms after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
